Accommodations & Travel

We are located in San Juan, Siquijor. Guests may reach us via ferry from Dumaguete, Cebu, or Bohol. Tricycles and van transfers are available upon arrival.
All rates are per room, with optional add-ons depending on the room type.
Yes — Aurelia is family-friendly and welcomes guests of all ages.
Yes. We can arrange private transfers upon request, including Dumaguete–Siquijor ferry assistance. Contact us in advance to schedule your preferred travel time.

Food & Drinks

Meals are not included in standard room rates, but our restaurant offers all-day dining with Filipino and international dishes.
Yes! We can prepare vegetarian, vegan, and select gluten-free meals. Please let us know ahead of time so our kitchen can prepare.
Outside food is discouraged for safety and cleanliness, but exceptions may be made for infants, dietary requirements, or medical needs.

Resort Facilities & Services

Yes — we have an outdoor pool available for all checked-in guests.
Yes. We offer massage treatments by appointment. You may book a session at the front desk.
Yes — free private parking is available for all guests.

Payments & Reservations

We accept major credit/debit cards, GCash, PayPal, and direct bank transfers.
A deposit is required to secure bookings. Full payment is usually collected upon arrival.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival receive a refund or rebooking credit. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

Yes — complimentary Wi-Fi is available in public areas and selected rooms.
Our pet policy may vary and is subject to change. If you wish to bring a pet, please contact us in advance so we can confirm whether it is possible and under what conditions.
No strict dress code — resort casual is recommended. Swimwear is expected at the pool area.
